Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC) accredited, they ensure that every moment is not just an adventure but a valuable lesson too. Explore award-winning primary school trips and secondary school trips that seamlessly integrate fun and learning. Age-appropriate activities, meticulously crafted for 4-16-year-olds, guarantee an adventure tailored to each group. From heart-pounding treetop adventures to engaging ground games, we take pride in creating memories that students and teachers alike will cherish. The outdoor activities are designed to challenge you physically and mentally, and friendly staff are always on hand to help you have a safe and fun experience. You can expect nature at its most spectacular with stunning landscapes, historical backdrops and brilliant views from famous city skylines to treetop vantage points. That said, no two Go Ape adventures or UK activity centres are the same.
LONDON – Escape it all at one of the three Go Ape London and two Greater London locations. Each location is truly unique; Ally Pally offers exceptional views of London, while at Cockfosters, you won’t even believe you’re in London! And Battersea Park? Well, that’s the most central of them all. In Greater London, there is Black Park, which is home to 6 incredible outdoor activities, including Nets Adventure. NORTH ENGLAND – With eight North England locations spanning Cheshire, Yorkshire, Northumberland and Cumbria, expect spectacular adventures too with the highest location at 1000 feet above sea level and the Zip Trekking 3km aerial adventure.
SCOTLAND – Go Ape locations show you some of the very best parts that this beautiful country has to offer. Be prepared for tree top views of the Scottish Highlands, mountains, glens and lochs. Go Ape Aberfoyle is home to Scotland’s longest dual zip wires, whilst Go Ape Glentress Forest, Peebles also boasts massive solo zips over a lake, all whist soaring 50m above the valley below. Go Ape Dalkeith, Edinburgh is the newest location and the only one in Scotland to feature activities for children under 10.
LAKE DISTRICT – Go Ape has you covered if you’re looking for a Lake District Adventure packed with bucket-list-worthy outdoor activities at two fantastic Lake District outdoor activity centres.
SOUTH EAST – SE locations span from Kent to Dorset and include the ‘loveliest castle in the world’, listed landscapes, a crown estate and a safari park with elephant meadow views.
MIDLANDS – Six locations span the Derbyshire countryside with the Peak District, country parks, a National landscape area and ancient forests. They have the highest Go Ape course in the country, the biggest Go Ape Tarzan Swing, the longest combined crossing of 1,500 metres tree-to-tree and zip rides which hit 20mph!
SOUTH WEST – England’s largest oak wood and the rugged beauty of the Dartmoor landscape are your incredible backdrops to this region’s Go Ape locations. Expect stunning lake views, panoramic moor views and historic claims to fame and the newly extended zip wires and hilltop to hilltop zips give you a full on aerial adventure.
WALES – Home of the biggest Tarzan Swing with an incredible six metre free fall. The scenery surrounding the tree top adventures is stunning with 1000 acres of parkland, Margam Castle and the largest deer herd in Wales.
