The wild is closer than you think when you visit Woburn Safari Park, nestled in the heart of Bedfordshire and just off the M1. School group prices and packages can be tailored to suit you.

Woburn Safari Park offers an escape to the wild plains, jungles and savannahs of Africa without leaving the country. Enjoy the Road Safari and get up close to beautiful tigers, lions, rhino, giraffes and many more. The cheeky monkeys living in the African Forest love nothing more than showing off their acrobatic skills between vehicles! Your school trip provides students with a wonderful opportunity to learn about and get close to many of the 1,000 wild animal residents of the park.

Get a fascinating insight into the animals as you drive around the Road Safari with a special tour guide (part of the Enhanced package option), to join you on your coach and share lots of animal facts and stories about the wildlife living at the park.

There are so many exciting animals to meet in the Foot Safari too, like the red panda in Himalayan Heights, the capybara with her pups in Capybara Caves and make some Farmyard Friends, in a walkthrough that takes you face to face with the friendly goats and sheep. Plus, there are park favourites the penguins, meerkats and lemurs. In the Foot Safari, enjoy a full programme of daily keeper talks and be sure to visit the Elephant Meadow as it’s the only place in the UK where you might get close enough to touch these magnificent creatures!

New this year; a brand new Outdoor Classroom opened in March and bookings can now be made for exciting al fresco learning. Schools will benefit from a wide range of practical workshops and sessions for all ages.
