    The Chestnut Centre is celebrating after being awarded a top excellence award. The Chestnut Centre, in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire, has received a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence award 2013. The award honours hospitality excellence and is only given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on Trip Advisor.? Only the top performing 10% of businesses listed on Trip Advisor receive this prestigious award. To qualify for the award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed on Trip Adviser by travellers, and must have been listed on Trip Advisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months. Chestnut centre owner Carol Heap, who has lived in the Derbyshire village for xxx years and who started the centre after looking after abandoned and injured otters in her back garden, said she was thrilled to receive the award.
