UKSA’s large 4-acre secure site can accommodate groups of all sizes (up to 200+ people). Accommodation for schools, youth groups, clubs and uniformed groups consists of dormitory style accommodation blocks with sole occupancy of an accommodation area per group. These self-contained 4-8 berth bunk rooms have single and twin rooms available for leaders with separate bathrooms. Wheelchair accessible bedrooms are also available.

B&B, half board or full board options are available. B&B includes breakfast served in UKSA’s onsite canteen. Full board includes three meals a day, with a packed lunch for when you’re on the move.

UKSA enjoys a waterfront location in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, the perfect location to incorporate watersports and team building activities in your stay. Learn to sail, kayak, windsurf, paddleboard and more. Activities can be tailored to your groups age, ability and needs.  Extend your trip with visits to some of the islands famous attractions like Osbourne House or Dinosaur Isle or use UKSA as a base camp to explore the island.

During your stay we have study areas, meeting rooms and classrooms available for your group to use. Other onsite facilities include in-house catering in our dining room, Wi-Fi, drying room for wet kit, full-sized sports hall, indoor heated swimming pool, changing rooms, toilets and a bar.

UKSA is easily accessible from Southampton ferry terminals. We are a ten minute walk from the heart of Cowes where the foot passenger terminal is location, or a short hop across the river to the car ferry terminal. Many groups enjoy getting a boat directly to our pontoons, which we can arrange. We offer complimentary teacher familiarisation weekends with no obligation to book – it’s an opportunity for you to look around our base and discuss what we can offer your school.
