Itinerary
Day 1
Travel to London arriving in the afternoon to check in to your accommodation. Depending upon your arrival time you will stop enroute at a suitable venue in the afternoon. After unpacking an early evening meal, take a ride on the London-Eye which is a great way to introduce your students to London.
Day 2
In the morning visit the art galleries of your choice and if you are wanting to see a current exhibition this will be factored into the day’s activities. In the evening enjoy an early dinner at a local restaurant before heading off to see a show. Alternatively visit the V&A one of London’s iconic museums and then head off to Hyde Park for a picnic lunch before a visit to the Serpentine Museum one of London’s most innovative and popular art galleries.
Day 3
In the morning visit the Shard and travel up to the viewing gallery. The View from The Shard offers a unique education experience – it is the only place where students can see the entire city at once; both old and new! Two high speed kaleidoscopic lifts will transport your class to the viewing platforms on Level 69 and Level 72 where you can encourage your student’s fascination with the history of London and enjoy the unparalleled 360 degree views. In the afternoon visit the Museum-of-Brands or the Design Museum before heading back to your accommodation to pack.
Day 4
Spend the on the Southbank taking in Tate Modern and a trip on the London Eye and river cruise if time allows before setting off for your journey home.
