School trips can see the largest group of chimps outside of Africa, living in family groups as naturally as possible, Europe’s only orangutan crèche, dedicated to raising infant orangutans with their own kind, and meet the capuchins who were part of the world’s biggest ever primate rescue!

The dedicated Education team are available for talks, tours, workshops and pre and post visit sessions also, based around the curriculum or catered to your needs.

New for 2018: Two-year old orangutan Mimi is settling into life in the nursery with other youngsters, Bulu Mata and Rieke, as well as adopted mum Oshine; the international breeding programme of woolly monkeys is thriving at Monkey World, as three youngsters Cosmo, Cassius and Claude grow up in their family groups; and as the chimp groups are getting older, their diet & activity requirements are changing, which the keepers will be happy to discuss with your groups at the free keeper talks.
