Amazing birds, Changing with the Seasons
Burscough

Join Dusty Duck’s Wildlife Rangers this summer, helping you explore the amazing birds and bugs of WWT Martin Mere. The birds are rearing their young and many are getting ready to fly South in the autumn. Bring your school for the arrival of the wild geese in October and take part in one of our first class learning sessions.

Nowhere else can you see and hear so many wild geese and swans so close up. Our learning session on ‘exploring conservation’ guides school children through the amazing journey, how and why the birds do it, and what we can do to help them.
