+ MY LISTEnjoy a supersized family adventure at RHS Garden Harlow Carr this Easter, as dozens of larger-than-life eggs await discovery on the Giant Egg Hunt. This year’s trail features colourful designs by competition winners whose artwork is being recreated on the giant eggs.

Children who successfully find all of the hidden eggs will be rewarded with a free chocolate treat from PLAYin CHOC to take home. Free-from the top allergens, vegan and ethically made in the UK, visitors will love the delicious creamy chocolate made from only three organic plants.

The perfectly portioned ToyChoc Box treats come in plastic-free and 100% recyclable packaging. Each one also includes an Easter rabbit puzzle toy and fun fact card to teach the little explorers about different rabbit species from around the world.

Additional activities on offer throughout the Easter holidays include storytelling sessions, arts and crafts workshops, forest school workshops and much more. Dates, times and activities vary, please see below and check the website for details:

Forest school

Monday 3 and Monday 10 April
10am–12.30pm and 1pm–3pm, in the Woodland
Join our forest school workshop and enjoy some fun, family-friendly outdoor activities in the woodland. Suitable for ages 3+

Adventure walks with the Garden Detectives

Tuesday 4 and Tuesday 11 April
11am, 1pm and 3pm, meet outside the Learning Centre
Set off with the Garden Detectives on a guided family wellbeing adventure walk and enjoy activating your senses. Suitable for ages 3+

Circus sensible

Wednesday 5 April
10am–12noon and 1pm–3pm, suitable for ages 3+, on the main lawn weather dependent
Learn how to juggle and have a go at other circus skills.

Bricks 4 kids

Thursday 6 April
11am–12.30pm and 1pm–3pm, suitable for ages 3+, Sunley Room in Learning Centre
Take part in our interactive Lego workshop and hone your modelling skills.

Ukulele workshop

Friday 7 April
11am, 1pm and 3pm, suitable for ages 5+, Sunley Room in Learning Centre
Bring along your Ukulele or borrow one of ours, and join our Ukulele orchestra.

Easter egg design and storytime

Wednesday 12 April
10am, 12noon and 2pm, suitable for ages 3+, Library
Head to the Library for some Easter-themed crafts and stories.

Paris bubbles

Thursday 13 April
11am–3pm, suitable for ages 3+, on the main lawn weather dependent
Come along and see the amazing bubble show.

Claro orienteering

Friday 14 April
10am–3pm, suitable for ages 5+, in the garden
Explore the garden and see what you discover on our orienteering course.
