Know Before You Go! We have introduced a number of safety measures to help keep you safe and reduce the risk of contact with Covid-19, whilst still being able to experience the best of Bath. Please take a few moments to read through the following updated guidelines: Please book your tickets online where possible. You can then present your ticket on a mobile device when boarding. This helps us monitor capacity. Before you visit, please check our website and/ or social media pages. Here you will find the latest information and service updates. Face coverings are mandatory on transport in England. Although the buses are open-top, please bring a face mask/ covering with you. You may be refused travel if you don’t. If you are experiencing or displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, please DO NOT visit us. You will be refused travel. Should you need to reschedule your booking, our friendly team here at Head Oice will be happy to assist. We have introduced social distancing signage at our main departure point. Queuing areas are clearly marked with the correct spacing. Staff will be on hand to help you. All seats on board the bus are clearly marked to encourage you to keep your distance! Members from the same household are able to sit together but please leave a gap between yourselves and the people in front. We have reduced our capacity on board our buses to ensure social distancing can be practised. An additional bus will be in operation to cover customer demand if required. Card payments can be accepted at Bath Abbey (main departure point). Cash will be accepted where necessary. Screens have been installed on all buses to protect both our customers and our driving team. We oer all our customers free disposal headphones, which are in individually sealed packs. Please ensure you take these with you if hopping on and off the tours. All buses are cleaned regularly, both inside-including hand rails, poles, seats, windows and doors – and out! Hand sanitiser dispensers are located at the entrance of the bus for passengers to use when travelling with us. Some of our buses have 2 sets of stairs. Please use the front stairs when boarding, and rear stairs when alighting. Staff will be on hand to assist. We at Bath Bus Company expect our staff to uphold strict hygiene standards, and kindly ask that our passengers do the same.
