Go Ape branches out in the North (excuse the pun), by adding two new adventures to the local area. Go Ape, Normanby Hall in Scunthorpe opened on 24th March 2019 and Go Ape, Temple Newsam opens its forest doors in mid-summer of the same year offering more schools a great day out.

Go-Ape have opened two new sites in the North of England adding to their ever growing number of adventure courses located around the United Kingdom offering more accessibility to schools for a day trip. There activity courses are a chance for children to enjoy the great outdoors and Go Ape accommodates both primary, secondary groups, and university students offering a wide variety of activities for all ages enjoy.  All their sites are based in beautiful surroundings of forests and parkland where often other educational activities are available creating an ideal environment for learning outside the classroom.

School trips to Go Ape, Normanby Hall
Go Ape Normanby Hall, North Lincolnshire, is the latest edition to the Tribe. Opened in March 2018, there’s so much to enjoy for your next school trip, from the Tree Top Adventure and Tree Top Junior courses to the Victorian stately home, Farming Museum, and the “Victorian Secret” tour. Normanby Hall features the child-friendly Tree Top Junior as well as the classic Tree Top Adventure courses where, following a safety brief, your Tribe will be in control of their own safety lines. It’s the perfect location for an educational school trip.

School trips to Go Ape, Temple Newsam
Go Ape at Temple Newsam in Leeds, opened its forest doors for the first time in May 2019. A brand-new Park Adventure, Go Ape at Temple Newsam will feature a Tree Top Adventure and Tree Top Junior course in one. It will also be one of the first ever Go Ape locations to feature a free-fall activity called The Plummet, a sheer drop of up to 40 feet to test even the bravest of adventurers. It’s a great test of inner strength and a huge confidence builder once you complete it.
