TEACHER PREVIEW EVENT

Join us for this FREE event and fantastic opportunity to find out more about what’s on offer for schools.
You are welcome to bring your family to this event – up to 4 FREE tickets for IMAX available per teacher.
The event will begin at 10.30am with a screening of the new IMAX film, Wild Ocean 3D. This beautifully filmed insight into life in the seas around the Wild Coast of South Africa examines how the food chain works in action and follows the efforts of local people as they strive to protect and sustain this invaluable ecological resource.
Whilst family members explore the galleries, teachers will be able to try workshop taster sessions in animation, sample the gallery talks and hear from members of the Learning team about how to make the most of your school visit.

The National Media Museum has six floors of FREE galleries covering English, science, design & technology, ICT, history and art & design. Galleries include: The Magic Factory, Experience TV, Animation, Kodak and TV Heaven. In addition the Museum has three cinemas, including the spectacular IMAX cinema. There are bookable talks, workshops, ‘picnic’ spaces and trolleys, subject to availability. The museum shop stocks a wide variety of ‘pocket-money’ souvenirs.
