The World of Beatrix Potter

At the World of Beatrix Potter Attraction all 23 of Beatrix Potter's Tales are brought to life in 3D, using sights, sounds and even smells. The virtual walks inside the attraction, alongside the Peter Rabbit Garden and Beatrix Potter Explorer activity sheets, further supplemented with games, computer information points and puzzles throughout allow visitors to fully explore the landscape that inspire many of Beatrix Potter's Tales and the author's pioneering work as a Lake District conservationist.

Outside the Peter Rabbit Garden offers a rare opportunity for visitors to see unusual, and old varieties of plant gown in Beatrix's time, many of which feature in the Tales. For an even more in-depth look at the garden we can provide a Garden Tour with one of our gardeners who will gladly explain about the old varieties of plants and vegetables we grow.
