Ryton Gardens has been home to the UK’s leading organic charity, Garden Organic for over 25 years.

Gardening, food growing, wildlife, recycling, environmental awareness, healthy eating, nature and the great outdoors are just some of the topics that can be embedded into a visit and linked to a school project or special interest work.
Visits can be tailored to curriculum themes, age group or educational needs. Visits can be done on a purely do-it-yourself basis or you can choose to include a guided tour with one of our experienced guides.

Our gardens are accessible to wheelchair users, easy to navigate with pushchairs and we have ample coach parking situated close to the main entrance
Lunch
There are lots of suitable places for you to sit on the lawns and picnic and if you require an indoor space for lunch or the weather is inclement, then we can arrange this for you.
