New for 2011, join us on a swashbuckling adventure in Skeleton Cove where only the bravest buccaneers dare come ashore. So, assemble a raiding party and set sail to discover our five new rides … and when it's time to slow the pace, we have lakes and parkland to leisurely explore with wide open spaces to relax and enjoy, so your adventure in the valley can be as thrilling or as chilling as you want it to be.
With over 40 rides and attractions for thrill seekers of all ages, the excitement never stops as you bravely take on the challenge of Europe's longest roller coaster - The Ultimate, get swept high into the air by the powerful grip of the Eagle's Claw and 'feel the force' as you shoot the raging water of the Wild River Rapids.

With terrifying live action horror mazes and hair-raising frightmare zones, as well as gruesome Halloween shows and blood-curdling inhabitants, watch light turn to dark as the valley becomes shrouded in a menacing cloak of supernatural delight.
From Raptor Attack LIVE! and the Haunting of Skeleton Cove to a brand new horror maze, strange happenings in Darkwater Forest, magical shows, awesome theming, creepy residents and the chance to experience a selection of our epic rides in the dark, we’re summoning an awesome amount of unearthly content to make this the ultimate spine-chilling adventure.
Frightwater 2012 does not include firework displays (as per previous years) and, for those in search of pyrotechnical wizardry, we recommend coming along to Nightwater Valley, our new Ultimate fireworks event, on 10th & 11th November.
